I’m nuts for kitchen gadgets. I took a chance on this item. I have plenty of silicone spatulas but I wanted something with a little different shape. I cook scrambled eggs and sauces. The spatulas don’t fit into the curvature of pans as well as this does. When I want to keep my eggs from sticking to the sides of the pan and overcooking this peels the eggs (and sauces) right off the sides.A feature that you don’t get with a spatula is there is a slight scoop in this product so you can spoon a little of what you’re cooking when you need to check the taste. The wooden handle looks like it will hold up well and fits very nicely. A nice addition to your kitchen tool crock. enjoy

This "spoon" is exactly what I was looking for, after receiving a beautiful ceramic-coated cookware set for Christmas. The silicone spoon/spatula head is perfectly designed for stirring, scooping, turning, even serving. I treat it like I would any good quality wooden spoon, washing it by hand rather than in the dishwasher, putting a little bit of dishwashing liquid on one finger to adequately clean oils or super-sticky stuff off the silicone part. It's very well made and quite durable, and is holding up well despite my using it for virtually everything I cook. I rarely get excited about kitchen utensils, but this one is an exception--I highly recommend it!

I don’t know how I lived without this cooking spoon for so long. This is my favorite cooking spoon. It can be used for stirring, scooping, flipping or just like a spatula.
